WHAT IS A PYRAMID SCHEME?

As its name indicates, the pyramid scheme is structured like a pyramid. It starts with one person - the initial recruiter - who is on top, at the apex of the pyramid. This person recruits a second person, who is required to "invest" . FOR EXAMPLE, $100 which is paid to the initial recruiter. In order to make his or her money back, the new recruit must recruit more people under him or her, each of whom will also have to invest $100. If the recruit gets 10 more people to invest, this person will make $900 with just a $100 investment.

The 10 new people become recruiters and each one is in turn required to enlist an additional 10 people, resulting in a total of 100 more people. Each of those 100 new recruits is also obligated to pay $100 to the person who recruited him or her; recruiters get a profit of all of the money received minus the initial $100 paid to the person who recruited them. The process continues until the base of the pyramid is no longer strong enough to support the upper structure (meaning there are no more recruits).

The Fraud
The problem is that the scheme cannot go on forever because there is a finite number of people who can join the scheme (even if all the people in the world join). People are deceived into believing that by giving money they will make more money ("with an investment of just $100, you will receive $900 in return"). But no wealth has been created; no product has been sold; no investment has been made; and no service has been provided.

The fraud lies in the fact that it is impossible for the cycle to sustain itself, so people will lose their money somewhere down the line. Those who are most vulnerable are those towards the bottom of the pyramid, where it becomes impossible to recruit the number of people required to pay off the previous layer of recruiters. This kind of fraud is illegal in the Unites States and most countries throughout the world. It is estimated that 90% of people who get in-volved in a pyramid scheme will lose their money.

THE HYPOCRISY OF THE STATE

Regulatory agencies are very quick to point out that such schemes are illegal and fradulent, but what government rarely does is point a finger at itself. The government is silent to the fact that the American dollar, via pyramid-ing, has no intrinsic value. It is a classic case of fiat currency that can be produced with essentially no limitations. The primary reason why anyone uses it at all lies only in the willingness of the people to accept it, and this ¨willingness¨ is enforced by legal tender laws that require a population to accept such currency, AND THEREFORE SUBMIT TO LEGALIZED SLAVERY (see the link at the very bottom of this website).

It is true that our entire money supply is created out of nothing, but it is actually more accurate to say that it is created out of less than nothing. Few people realize that if all debts were to actually be paid off, all of the federal reserve notes in circulation would disappear. They would go out of circulation and return to the original lender, via computer chips and bank vaults. Charging interest on fiat currency is USURY, and yet, the Federal Reserve has no reservations to print as much money as it desires, with actually little regard for the well-being of the citizens of the United States.

PAYING OFF  YOUR DEBTS

The following information will show you a system to help you pay off your debts in a very quick, logical manner. This system is not used for expenses such as utilities, food, and other ongoing expenses. It is concerned with fixed expenses such as credit cards, mortgage, auto, etc.

The first thing to do is get all of your debts together. Then write down the total amt. that needs to be paid off on each item. Also, write down each items min-imum amount  that you can pay on a monthly basis that will meet the allowable minimum payment of each creditor. NOTE: Do not add any extra amt. to this payment. Only use the absolute minimum amt. allowed by each creditor, and only pay that amt. and nothing more. You will see the reason for this as you continue to read.

When you have all of your debts listed, divide each of the total balances for each item by the minimum monthly payment for each expense. Enter the answers of each item into column 4 on the spread-sheet shown below.

Example: You have a credit card with a ttl. balance of $500.00 and a min. pymt. of $25.00 per mth. You would divide 500 by 25 and this would give you a ttl. of 20.

This process will be done on each and every fixed expense you have, and the reason for doing this is to determine the proper order in which to pay off all of your debts.

Next, start with the LOWEST division answer , and number your bills from 1 to whatever number of bills you have to pay off. Enter these numbers into the Payoff Priority column (column number 5). For example, lets say that in addition to the 500.00 credit card previously mentioned, you also have a depart-ment store card, and the answer to this bill came out to be 17. Remember that the credit card answer was 20, so in this case, the department store card would have a higher priority (since the answer is only 17), so you would list the store card as Priority  1 and the Credit Card as Priority 2. Prioritize each one of you debts in this manner, and enter the Priority answer in the Payoff Priority column.

The numbers listed in the Payoff Priority column will indicate the order in which you will use to pay off all your debts. NOTE: If two or more debts come out with the same division answer, the debt with the LOWER ttl. balance would be paid off BEFORE the one with the HIGHER  ttl. balance.

It is NOT important when using this system to determine which debt has the higher interest rate because if you apply this system faithfully, the result will be that it will allow you to speed up the amount of time it takes to pay off all of your bills that you will not be spending enough months for the interest rate to make a significant difference. You are going to beat the creditors at their own game, and prevent them from stealing your hard earned dollars.

THE ACCELERATOR MARGIN AND HOW TO USE IT WITH THIS SYSTEM.

The best way to describe this system and how it works is to think of a snowball rolling down a big hill. As it rolls, it picks up more snow, and grows larger and larger as time passes. The ¨snowball¨ used in this system is called the Accelerator Margin.

The Accelerator Margin is the amount of money you will apply to greatly speed up the time it takes you to pay off all of your debts. Once you see how the Accelerator Margin works, you will probably be thinking up ways  in which you can speed up the process.

With this system, you should use approximately 10%  of your monthly net income as your Accelerator Margin. This will be an easy, workable number to use for your calculations. It will give you a clear under-standing of how the Accelerator Margin works to speed up your efforts. Write down your Accelerator Margin and enter it into column 8 on the spreadsheet.

Write down the name of each debt in Column 1.

Write down the ttl. balance of each debt in column 2.

Write down the minimum monthy payment amt. in column 3.

Divide the ttl. balance of each debt by its mthly. pymt. and enter the division answer in column 4.

Prioritize your debts in column 5.  Starting with the debt with the LOWEST division  answer in column 4 as Priority debt number 1, the next lowest division answer as priority debt number 2, and so on.

Column 6 is where you add your ACCELERATOR MARGIN FROM COLUMN 8 TO THE MONTHLY PAYMENT AMT. FOR PRIORITY DEBT NUMBER 1. Enter this ttl. in column 6, Accelerated Monthly Payment.  Now, divide debt number 1´s ttl balance  by the Accelerated Monthly Payment for that item. The answer goes in column number 7, Months to Payoff.

When debt number 1 is paid off, apply its Acceler-ated Monthly Payment  and add this amt. to the Monthly Payment of debt number 2. Enter the ttl. in column 6 as debt number 2´s Accelerated Monthly payment.

Continue to add each paid-off debt´s  Accelerated Monthly Payment  to the Monthly Payment of the next priority debt.  Do this until you have eliminated all of your debts.
